The Connecticut Women’s Consortium trainings include local and national experts on gender-responsive care, trauma-informed care, and behavioral health issues. Classes are open to social workers, counselors, students, state employees and others with an interest in behavioral health.

Return users may log in to register or pay online.
New users must create personal profiles. Once you complete your profile, you will be directed back to the sign-in page to register for trainings.
Continuing Education Credits / Certificate of Attendance
Sign-in begins half an hour before the start of the training session. It is each participant’s responsibility to sign in at the beginning of the session and to sign out at the end of the session.
The CT Women's Consortium is a provider of continuing education credits from CT National Association of Social Workers (NASW), CT Certification Board (CCB), and the CT Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (MFT). The Connecticut CEU's we offer are accepted also in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

- 6 CEUs Course - $75
- 6 or 7 CEUs Trauma Series - $100
- 6 CEU w/supplemental material - $100
- 12 CEUs Course - $125
- 12 CEUs Trauma Series- $150

If you are registering through an agency with a purchase order: Please fax your registration and the approved purchase order document to us at: (203) 909-6894.This will ensure we can hold your seat for the training.
To register by mail, complete the registration form and mail to the address below with a check, money order, or agency approved purchase order (Registrations received without payment will not be processed). Your paid registration will be confirmed by email or phone. Make checks payable to The Connecticut Women's Consortium. There is a $15 handling fee for all returned checks. Failure to reiumburse the CWC for a returned check will prevent registration for future trainings. Waiting list policy
If you are put on a waiting list for a training and a spot becomes available, we will notify you by phone or email. At that time, you can either mail in your payment or pay online. If you are notified of space within three days of the training you may bring payment with you the day of the training in the form of cash, credit card or check.
Please let us know in advance if you need sign language interpreting (ASL or English). The deadline for requesting sign language interpreters for trainings is 2 weeks prior to the event.
If we have to cancel
In the event of inclement weather, please call (203) 909-6888 and select option 1 or visit our website at www.womensconsortium.org . We will no longer be posting delays and cancellations on television stations. If there is a training cancellation we will contact you with the rescheduled training date. If you cannot attend the new date, we will offer a credit for a future training or refund your money.
If you have to cancel
If you are not able to attend a session for which you registered, please call our Training Department at (203) 909-6888 option 2. You must call at least seven (7) days prior to the training either to transfer your registration to someone else in your agency or to request a partial refund (-25% of cost). Refunds will not be given for cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the training, or for no-shows. Please keep in mind that last minute, non-emergency cancellations prevent others from attending.
Helping to feed our neighbors
Please consider bringing one non-perishable food item to each training session you attend. The CWC donates the food to Saint Anne's Soup Kitchen in Hamden, New Haven Home Recovery, Christian Community Action, Keefe Community Center, Hamden Food Bank and the Cheshire Food Pantry.
